More about David
David brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience to Symposium Cellars. Before entering the world of winemaking, he served as Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Salomon Brothers and later as Chairman, CEO, and President of Western Resources. Today, he is the largest foreign shareholder of Euroconsultants, a publicly traded company on the Athens Stock Exchange.
Cyrus Wittig

Cyrus began his career in the Sports & Entertainment Group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey before earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Now in Florida, Cyrus joined Symposium Cellars after 3 years at ESPN Radio where he focused on corporate sponsorships and advertising.
Periklis Drakos
More about Periklis
Periklis graduated from Agricultural University of Thessaloniki with a degree in agronomy and received his MBA in marketing from the University of Wales. Periklis has worked in the Greek wine industry for more than 30 years and was the export manager for the largest Greek wine producer for 27 years.
Kiki Panagiotou
More about Kiki
Before joining Symposium Cellars, Kiki led the marketing efforts of Santo Wine, the largest wine producer in Santorini. Kiki also spent time at Tsantali Wines, where she helped grow the winery into the largest producer of wine in Greece.
Ilias Antoniadis
More about Ilias
Ilias graduated with distinction from Aristotle University’s Agricultural Department and earned a postgraduate degree in viniculture and enology. With 20 years of experience at top Greek wineries, he spent 10 years as Chief Oenologist at Tsantali Wines.
Makis Biskilis
More about Makis
Makis earned a master’s in political science from the University of Macedonia. He has worked in the wine industry since 2007, starting at Anestis Winery & Distillery in vineyard management before moving into quality control.
